In The Still Waters

Fretting in grief
with no one to tell.
Her heart aloof
in scary hell.

She wants a friend,
but got a wolf.
A red-eyed wolf
that daily offends.

But she found peace
in the waters that be…
calmly flowing
through her heart in solitude.

Cooling shades on a rocky bed,
she lay still in quietude.
Far from the worries of this world,
peace made her gorgeous.

Her thoughts buried in the waters,
beneath green lives resting abode.
Her eyes closed yet she sees clearly,
all the immaculateness in her soul.
