The True Prey

Fixed on her blaze
Lost in her gaze
The devourer of humans
Has succumbed to a mere woo-man

The dreaded claws
Are now used for romance
Indeed the rat
Has finally belled the mighty cat

Where is the fighter?
Who will tell the tales of the tiger?
Summon the tigress
Call for a congress

Let the lizard nod
Beg the loin to roar
Ask the cock to crow
And the cheetah should run.

The tiger now bleats
For her mercy he pleads
He who devours hunger
Has turned to a beggar

Why not share?
