When Motherhood Fades

When our heels are on hills
And children outnumbering
The stars voicing through rays
To twinkle off joys of motherhood;
The kitchen is deified
With the aromatic
Smell of love.

When you’re hanged swiftly
On the pangs of motherhood,
Remember the beauty
Radiating from the eyes
Sealing your lips
With smiles when you called;

When beauty is lost
In your noiseless footsteps
And your heart void of chair
For my handsomeness to seat;
Don’t forget; my children
Are is the deep sea
That have drawn is into eternity.

Remember that motherhood knocks
And her puberty drums on you faster
Than light rays.
