Boys Are Not Stones

(I)

Do stones hold drops of water?
We are stones!
We cry out tears when drenched
With countless pains
We waft away specks like rocks
When hammered hotly
Stone hold no water
When beleaguered
With heavily downpour
Rather,
Clamour out,
when shot with bombs

Boys are stones,
If you know not
The pains rocks pass through

(II)

Do your thoughts still wander about,
Like a drunk,
Asking a zillion questions,
Maybe,
Boys are stones?

Yes. They are!
For, stones shed tears
In fear and in pairs
When fiery fire furnace thronged
Around
Speaking in tongues
And in jargons,
Becoming fathomless
For stones to comprehend

Aftermath,
They howl like wolves
And cry out tears in the guise of specks
