Cold Nights

Cold nights
Glooming with lonely stars
I hear my heart sob amidst these bitter scars
Will I breathe the air from the morrow?
Will I hold in awe the glowing ray from tomorrow?
For I feel life has bade me goodbye
The moon has hidden its warmth
And now the night is out alone in the cold
the perfect time for death to savor its toll
I revere the beginning whilst I embrace the end
Every sane man knows its lurking
Soon the sun would bury all the glow
And I be left to my lonesome
Listening to the roaring of my many woes
