Disquietude

I walked down valley and up hills
Cast my wings for a fast catch
My claws eager to take over,
To make sure this feeling never dies.

I’ve set my heart ablaze.
Fueling it all day and night
Never to allow this fire dim,
Yet you can’t feel the heat.

Rain and snow
My heart glows.
An ice under my breast pocket
Rapidly melting,
My love grows.
I wish it’s saturating you
as much as it does to me.
Maybe only then will you understand.

I want to uproot my heart from within.
Placing it right in front of you.
Then you will see with your bare eyes
How fast it’s beating just for you.
