Freedom Lovers (II)

…Continued from the first part…

I want to ride away with the clouds that drops its rain to rust the metal cuffs that once braced me
Make a public show of captivity; my cold enemy

To love never so happy beholding such sight of grace
To finally caress the love of my life with a long stored embrace
I came looking prepared although not prepared
Emotional camouflage and subterfuge was the most I dared

Gradually freedom becomes familiar with my glory
Finally the love of my life is fond of my transient story
As much as I love freedom, the feeling is mutual
Am shocked, this is not usual

Anyways this has been my plea
At long last I am free
