Devil On A Cross

I am the monster of your dreams
Your worst fantasy come to life
The ones your parents warned to stay away from
The very picture of HOE-liness
Yet you can’t deny you crave my presence
I am the malevolent evil behind Chucky the doll
I am the one ‘Whose-name-must-not-be-mentioned’ in Harry Potter
I roll with the likes of the Keeper of the Underworld
I drink beer often with Maleficient and Evil Stepmother

You might not have recognized me in Cinderella
Or maybe you choose not to believe its me in Snow white
But never doubt I’m the Evil Genius
You can call me LUCI if you want

I’ve been accused of not being RIGHT-eous
But how can I be when I’m LEFT-with-no-choice

You do nail me on the cross too
with your petty accusations and blames
I do not deny it I’m bad
worse off than you can ever imagine

I am the monster of your dreams
Your worst fantasy come to life
The one your parents warned to stay away from
The very picture of HOE- liness
But you can’t deny you crave my presence
I am the Devil Hung Upside down
On a cross.
